As I was preparing to post this week’s new Creative Calls Interview, I came across apt lines by Melodie Beattie: “Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life… [It] makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.”

This week my guest is Carolyn Flower, a woman who epitomizes what it is to live life to the fullest: making meaning, bringing peace, and creating from a vision.

A passionate entrepreneur, arts aficionado, and writer, as well as an active and loving member of her “extended blended” family, Carolyn is no stranger to life’s great joys and victories. She is also no stranger to life’s passages and unexpected turns.

In the face of challenges, Carolyn has learned to tap into the tremendous healing power of gratitude.

In her forthcoming book, Gravitate 2 Gratitude, Carolyn reflects on what it means to put ourselves on the wave of gratitude and abundance, and how transformation becomes real when we take time each day to count our blessings.

Enjoy the podcast here!

My thanks to Carolyn for her inspirational words, and to Katie McBride for Creative Calls music and technical support. This week I’m grateful for a new recording setup.
