In the words of French philosopher Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, you and I can think of ourselves as “spiritual beings on a human journey”. We navigate a world of duality. We know a thing by knowing its opposite.

We know light by knowing dark.

We know up by knowing down.

This is the Law of Polarity.

When we feel stuck in fear, we experience the opposite of being in a state of confidence, of taking action for our vision and navigating those moments when uncertainty arises. Without a vision in place and a set of tools for finding our way, things can get wobbly.

Confidence is about believing in yourself, even when you are uncomfortable. It translates into the ability to make decisions – to give yourself a command and follow it.

Straightforward, yes. Easy, not always.

When you have a dream, it’s not a case of if, but when, contractive states will emerge and threaten to sabotage it. At such times, it’s important to learn how to override any potential barriers between you and forward momentum.
